On July 31, 2025, Piwapan Wellness Centre’s Napesis Club went camping at the Youth Haven located on Bigstone Lake, SK.
We started this fun and educational event off by canoeing to the Youth Haven. We also went berry picking, hiking, set fishing nets, hosted team building games, and went for an excursion to the Little Hills Cultural Grounds where La Ronge used to be located before the road was built. Thank you to Lac La Ronge Indian Band’s Cree Resource Unit, Piwapan Wellness Centre Staff and Volunteers, and to all those who participated. This event couldn’t have been done without you.
