On August 21, 2025, Jesse Hepworth, Youth Worker, held a Worker’s Readiness Program for our Iskwesis and Napesis Clubs that were interested in the workshop. Jordan Bird, Social Media Coordinator, held a station for resume building, Lauren Ratt, Community Outreach Worker, held a station for signature creation, Courtney Tanner, Family Violence Outreach Worker, held a station to apply for IDs, Steve Hou, Finance Assistant, held a station to sign up for the Worker’s Readiness Online Training, and Jesse Hepworth, Youth Worker, helped the youth navigate through each station and worked through a core competency worksheet with our youth to help them understand their strengths they can bring to an organization.
